About The High Country Markets

Our very first market was held in February 2022. Despite the weather not being particularly kind to us, the community came out in support and we had a fantastic first market.

Since then, we have continued to grow, holding our markets on the first Sunday of every month, bringing together local producers, makers, small businesses, food vendors and our wonderful community.

Each market continues to get bigger and better, but we’re proud to have kept the relaxed, friendly and welcoming atmosphere that makes the High Country Markets special.

Feedback from both our stallholders and visitors has been overwhelmingly positive. People love the leisurely, laid-back vibe, the friendly atmosphere and the opportunity to catch up with friends, meet new people and support local businesses.

For many visitors, the High Country Markets have become a regular monthly meeting place — somewhere to grab a coffee, enjoy great food, browse local products, have a chat and simply soak up the atmosphere.
